Multi-purpose Sports Field

The estate is centred around a multi-purpose sports field that is optimized for rugby and soccer. It also houses an outdoor gym (hover over the equipment below to see more details). The Sports Clubhouse acts as a spectator zone and houses changing rooms for those being active on the sports field or splashing around in the pool by the Lifestyle Centre.

Buh-Rein Estate also hosts the Buh-Rein Tag Rugby® League, played on Thursday evenings from 18h00. Tag Rugby® is one of the fastest growing social sports in South Africa and enjoyed by men and women of all ages. Soft contact and no scrums or line outs means everyone can play and although the sports field at Buh-Rein Estate features regulation size rugby posts, there is no goal kicking in Tag Rugby®.

Please feel free to contact Amari Property Management on 021-006 1019 should you be interested in utilising the field for a group event.

This equipment delivers both cardiovascular and muscle strengthening benefits for the total body with an emphasis on the upper body. Major muscle groups worked are the back muscles, shoulders, arm muscles and abdominals.

Scaling Ladder

It helps build the kind of agility and upper body strength exhibited by our primate friend. You can also simply use the equipment for chin-ups, using a variety of grips. Also, try lifting the knees and legs while hanging, helping to build abdominal strength.
