Future Amenities


Construction on a 10 000m² storage park will commence in 2019. This storage development will be situated adjacent to the future Buh-Rein train station, serving as a buffer between the estate and the station, thus reducing the potential noise element.


A Checkers, along with a proposed gym, drive through fast-food restaurant, filling station and convenience store will be breaking ground in 2019.


A 1500m² Church will break ground in 2018. Situated in the centre of the estate, this will serve as a landmark. Adjoining the Church site, construction on a small office park will also commence during 2018.


The 2876m² Buh-Rein Village will house various smaller shops for residents’ convenience.
